**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant/Receptionist - Funeral Home

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in all areas of the funeral home, ensuring it is “family ready” at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of necessary documentation, including insurance claims, military forms, and death certificates.
- Create and design memorial packages, including memorial folders and tribute videos, to honor loved ones.
- Collaborate with funeral directors and support staff to relay information regarding services and client needs, adapting to various tasks as assigned.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar or related role.
- Proficient in office technologies, digital equipment, and software applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals, exhibiting compassion and empathy and confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- High School Diploma; bilingual skills are a plus. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Pay:** Hourly rate based on experience.
